  • black bag (only for properties on the black bag collection list)

How to request a new bin, box and bag

When you make a request, you will be asked if you want us to take away your old container. You must make sure it is accessible for our staff to collect.

It may take up to 3 weeks for your new bin to be delivered.

Order a new bin, box and bag

We are experiencing a high demand of requests which means there will be a delay in supplying the boxes. In the meantime, you may present your recycling in similar boxes of your own. Please separate the items and make sure we can see what is inside.

Large grey bins

If you have six or more people living in your house you may request a large grey bin.

Before you start the form you must be sure that you are not putting the following items in your grey bin:

  • paper
  • card
  • glass
  • cans
  • plastic bottles, tubs, pots and trays
