Forecast: Light sleet or snow flurries this afternoon, primarily in eastern parts with it being generally dry and sunny elsewhere. Cold with RSTs struggling to recover above zero in places. The risk of any wintry showers tends to decrease after 6/7pm or so leaving a dry night with long clear periods. RSTs well below zero with a risk of hoar frost and ice in places, particularly following any showers and around damp spots. Dry and sunny tomorrow.
