Forecast: Cloudy for a good part of this afternoon with some early light rain or sleet (snow flurries possible to high ground) around. A dry night with variable cloud amounts and some thinning/ breaking of the cloud at points. RSTs around zero on some routes. Dry with bright intervals tomorrow morning.

Confidence somewhat reduced due to uncertainties in the thickness of cloud cover through the night, so while it will be chilly, the extent to which RSTs fall isn't at high confidence.
