Day services that provide support and activities for older adults in local venues.
Trained and friendly staff deliver a variety of activities in a warm and welcoming environment, where you can meet with others and build new friendships. Activities are designed to help you maintain your independence so you can remain at home for longer.
A nutritious meal is provided and activities can include:
- quizzes and games
- arts and crafts
- sing-a-longs
- music and dance therapy
- reminiscence therapy and exercises
- accessible exercise
There's also specialised support for those living with dementia.
