Calling all members of the Cumbria Pension Fund… Take part in the Responsible Investment Survey

Cumbria Local Government Pension Scheme is reviewing its Responsible Investment Policy and would like to know the views and opinions of scheme members on its current approach.

Responsible investing involves considering environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues (such as climate change, biodiversity and human rights) when making investment decisions to better manage investment risk and generate sustainable, long-term investment returns.

The fund invests assets with a value of approximately £3.2 billion to pay for the current and future pensions of its 63,000 scheme members across 120 employers within Cumbria.

It is committed to being a responsible asset owner and believes that responsible investment can help to improve the long-term value for investors.

Take part in Cumbria Pension Fund’s Responsible Investment Survey.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will close on Friday 15 December – your opinion matters!
