Councillor Peter Thornton, Cabinet Member for Highways and Assets, said: "Traders, staff and partners are pulling out the stops to make this Christmas a special one. It is also fantastic to see progress on the Barrow Town Centre Regeneration Project, focusing on the market and The Forum. There has been an incredible amount of work going on behind the scenes to get to this stage and I am delighted to see it all coming together in this brilliant project which will contribute hugely to helping Barrow to be a thriving town centre."
