The statement of Persons Nominated and Notice of Poll have been published for the by-election in the Kirkby Stephen and Tebay ward of Westmorland and Furness Council.
The by-election will take place on Thursday 31 October.

- The deadline for proxy vote applications is 5pm on Wednesday 23 October.
