Healthy Hearts Roadshow offers free health checks and support

Residents across South Cumbria are being invited to take part in a series of free community health events designed to support heart health and promote healthier lifestyles for all ages. The events are part of a new Healthy Hearts pilot programme, delivered by Westmorland and Furness Council and funded by the Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB. They will bring practical support directly into communities, helping people access advice and services in a friendly and accessible way.
