Permanent Part Time Teaching Assistant

Start date – January 2024 (or as soon as possible)<br/><br/>Teaching Assistant – Permanent- Term Time only plus Inset Days.<br/><br/>26 hours per week: 08:45 to 15:45 (30 minutes lunch).<br/><br/>The Governing Body of Crosthwaite C.E. Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have additional educational needs. This role is for 26 hours a week and the working hours are 8:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day. <br/><br/>We are a friendly and supportive workplace. Primary School as a teaching assistant.<br/><br/>The successful candidate will have experience of working in schools and will have a knowledge of preparing and developing resources for learning activities and supporting learners in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis inside and outside of the classroom. They will be flexible enthusiastic creative and willing to work across all of the primary school ages if required. There will also be some break and lunchtime supervision of children as part of this role.<br/><br/>You will work under the guidance of teaching staff and you may be asked to support access to learning and provide 1 to 1 support.
