Early Years Assistant Childcare Leader

Required from January 2024 - Permanent, Full Time (All year round) Early Years Assistant Childcare Leader

32 days holiday – including all Bank Holidays and 1 week at Christmas

We are looking to appoint a motivated, skilled and committed Level 3 Child Care qualified Room Leader, or an experienced Level 2 qualified Room Leader who is prepared to work towards Level 3, to join our welcoming and vibrant Infant & Nursery School.
This position involves working in EY class – 2-3 Year olds. .

The successful candidate will:
• have a recognised and relevant level 2 or 3 Child Care qualification
• have a passion for supporting the learning and development of all our children
• have experience of working in an EYFS or childcare setting
• build strong, positive relationships with everyone in school
• work closely with the Early Years Lead and EYFS team to ensure continuity of learning and assessment
• have an understanding of how to support the development of children with SEND
