Permanent Role 

Hours Of Work: 37 Hours Per Week

Monday To Thursday 08.00 To 16.00, Friday 08.00 15.30, All Year Round 

To provide technical maintenance support and be responsible for the effective operation and security of the premises 

Main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Manage security and supervision, and line manage the site team and cleaners. 
  • Oversee reactive and proactive maintenance
  • Manage technical support, monitoring and building checks 
  • Organise and make arrangements for events within the school
  • In conjunction with the Facilities Manager, manage and ensure compliance of relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures
