The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher with a proven record of success at senior leadership level, who possesses the vision and commitment to enhance our experienced Senior Leadership Team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, collegiate, and supportive community school and sixth form.

The successful candidate will play an essential role within the school’s Senior Leadership Team. They will have specific operational responsibilities, provide strategic direction working alongside the headteacher, be able to lead, manage and enthuse a team of dedicated staff, including colleagues with significant areas of responsibility.  They will be highly motivated and innovative with strong leadership skills and a proven record of accomplishment.  We are looking for a person who shares our commitment to safeguard and care for our students, improving the life chances of young people regardless of their starting point, and have the passion to provide outstanding leadership, continuing the schools path to excellence.  This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious individual to make their mark, being part of a team that will continue to lead the school into the next chapter of its exciting future.
