Member of the Facilities and Welfare Team

Hours: Permanent. Full time (37 hours/week, 5 days/week) full year
Weekly shifts will rotate between early (6.30 am to 2.30 pm, ½-hour lunch) and late (11 am to 7 pm, ½-hour lunch) with flexibility for later finishes and/or occasional weekend hours
Requests for part-time hours will be considered

This is an exciting time to join Ullswater Community College – we have been approved in Phase 2 of the School Building Programme and are looking forward to new premises in the near future.

The Facilities and Welfare Team looks after the school’s buildings and the outdoor environment. Duties include opening and locking up at the start and end of the day, booking and supervising contractors, carrying out security checks, supporting with the general maintenance of school buildings.

Full training will be given in all aspects of the role and we are keen to encourage a wide range of applications.
