Teacher

X1 temporary 0.5 FTE teacher (plus PPA) pro-rata – start date: Monday 2nd September 2024 until, 31st August 2025

Due to an increase in pupil numbers we are seeking to appoint a teacher within our thriving village school.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious temporary part-time teacher to teach in our Year 5-6 Class.

This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a teaching role within our successful, growing school team. 

The successful candidate will: 

-    Be passionate about teaching, learning and the essential role in ensuring the children are safe and secure within their school environment and that their safeguarding needs are met.
-    Be an inspiring, motivated, innovative teacher.
-    Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, holding high expectations of pupils’ achievements and behaviours and be able to support all children through inclusive practice. 
-    Be flexible, supportive and committed to the life of the school. 
-    Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and governors working as an effective member of a dedicated team. 
-    Have empathy and commitment towards the caring Christian ethos of our school.
-    Have an interest in developing the subjects of PE and Design and Technology.
