Part-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant Temporary One Year
Salary: Scale Point 6 Grade 5 £23,893 FTE per annum, plus Local Authority Pension Benefit (£12.38 per hour)
38 weeks per academic year, Term Time plus INSET
16 hours per week

We are seeking to recruit a nurturing and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our school community. We will offer the successful applicants a happy, welcoming and supportive team where everyone is committed to raising standards for all our children in an enjoyable and purposeful environment.

The vacancy is to be based in class supporting the teacher and delivering learning activities to individuals and groups. We are looking for someone who also has experience of supporting children with special educational needs or an interest in developing their skills in this area.

The hours would be 16 hours per week:
Tuesday 9-12 pm, 
Wednesday and Thursday 9-12 and 1-3pm
Friday 9-12pm

September 1st 2024 to August 31st 2025
This is a fixed term contract due to pupil numbers (with the possibility of this being extended).
