Teacher

Start date:  1st September 2024 - or as soon as possible thereafter

Fixed term to 31st August 2025

Due to staffing restructure, a vacancy has arisen for a temporary, full-time class teacher to work at this outstanding school. This is a unique opportunity for a teacher to work at a school that is exceptionally well resourced and supportive.  

We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team and gets on well with all stakeholders.  We would welcome applications from newly and recently qualified teachers.  We would reward them with appropriate support in this two-form entry school.  They would be another valued member of our team.  Please state your preference of either key stage 1 or 2 on your application as we will take this into account when finalising our staffing arrangements for next year.

The successful candidate will:
• Be an outstanding teacher who is able to provide evidence of impact upon pupil progress
• Be a positive role model and leader to pupils and other staff, demonstrating high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
• Be able to work as part of an effective and committed team
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Have a desire to develop professionally and impact upon teaching and learning across the school
• Have commitment to being actively involved in the wider life of the school
