Teaching Assistant

Start date: 2nd September 2024

Due to an increase in pupil numbers we are recruiting for a Temporary Full time Teaching Assistant or Senior Teaching Assistant (37 hours). 
Hours are negotiable, Part-Time also considered.

Teaching Assistant Salary: PCD 5 £23,893 – pro-rata, term time only
Senior Teaching Assistant :PCD 7 £26,421 (A) – pro-rata, term time only

The successful candidate will need a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Both Teaching Assistants and Senior Teaching Assistants are welcome to apply.

•    Has experience of working within an EYFS classroom.
•    Empathises with the distinctive Christian vison and values of Culgaith CE School, striving to support all children in achieving their full potential.
•    Dedicated to providing a broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum to children of all ages and all abilities from Nursery to Year 6.
•    Is a committed member of the school team and develops excellent working relationships with children, staff and families alike.
•    Is motivated to embrace the wider life of the school and dedicated to helping pupils to flourish.
•    Ability to plan, organise and run a range of enriching after-school clubs.
