Full Time Year 2/3 Class Teacher

Salary: MPR ( pro rata)

The governors of Brough Community Primary School are looking to appoint a full time teacher to join our lovely and thriving village school, for permanent position from September 2024. The post is in our fabulous Twiglets Class, comprising Years 2 and 3 pupils.  The post would be suitable for all teaching applicants, from Early Career Teachers to experienced practitioners.  Please have a look at our website to get a feel for the school: www.broughschool.org .

The successful candidate will:
•Be an enthusiastic practitioner, keen to take on a mixed Year 2/3 class (approximately 25 pupils). 
•Have experience of planning for all subjects within the two key stages.
•Have a passion for the environment.
•Be up-to-date with approaches to teaching and keen to take on new challenges in the profession.
•Have familiarity and ideally, experience of delivering synthetics phonics programmes (we use Little Wandle).
•Maintain our warm and welcoming environment to enable all children to reach their full potential.
