Temporary part time Teacher 0.5 FTE 



To start 1st September 2024.

 Grayrigg CE Primary school for an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to join our supportive and experienced staff, to start in September 2024. Newly qualified and recently qualified teachers are welcome to apply.

The post is a temporary 1-year fixed term contract from 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025 due to temporary staff restructure.

The post will involve teaching year 3 and 4 for two and a half days per week. There may also be the option to work as a Teaching Assistant for the remaining two and a half days for the right candidate.

We need a candidate whose love of teaching and passion for developing pedagogy is strong and most importantly, somebody who feels they can whole-heartedly commit to our school's vision which can be read here

• Possess excellent organisation and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible and work within a team. 

• Value relationships with parents, pupils, staff, governors and the wider community.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified, and this will be by the end of 3rd July. 

Interviews will take place in the week commencing 8th July.  Please note that referees will be contacted prior to the interview.
