Office Manager

Required to start 2nd September 2024

BS7 (£22,183-£23,080 per annum) term time only including INSET

Office Manager – 37 hours per week, (term time only including INSET) 
8:00am-4:00 pm Monday – Friday including 35 minutes per day for lunch

The Governors of Chapel Street Infants and Nursery School wish to appoint an Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our busy school office.

Clerk to Governors is a possible additional role if interested. 

At Chapel Street, we pride ourselves on providing the very best for all children. We are exceptionally proud of the family community we have developed and therefore, we are looking for an energetic, passionate, organised and enthusiastic Office Manager.

The successful candidate would be responsible for a wide range of office and financial duties therefore contributing significantly to the smooth running of our school. The ability to work flexibly, use your own initiative and multitask is essential. It is also important that all visitors are made to feel very welcome when entering our school. 

Chapel Street Infants and Nursery School is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all its pupils and staff. The position will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and excellent professional references.
