Fixed Term Year 5 Class Teacher to cover maternity leave

(0.2 plus PPA)

The children, staff and Governing Body of Kirkby Stephen Primary School are seeking to appoint a teacher to join our dedicated team.  This post will be to cover maternity leave on a fixed term contract from 1 November 2024 to July 2025.
 
The successful candidates will:

•    Have a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Kirkby Stephen Primary School is a one form entry primary school for pupils aged 3-11 based in the small market town of Kirkby Stephen. We value working closely with the community to ensure the very best for our children and strive to make the most of our beautiful surroundings.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment checks, which will include a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (to include a children’s barred list check), references, Right to Work in the UK and a work place health assessment.
