• Work alongside experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Assist with daily routines such as snack time, outdoor play, and creative activities.
• Observe and document children’s progress to contribute to their learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Attend college 1 day per week to complete your Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine interest in working with young children and supporting their development.
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a caring nature.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A commitment to learning and personal development.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
What we offer:
• A supportive and experienced team to guide you through your apprenticeship.
• Hands-on experience in a vibrant and friendly school setting.
• Opportunities to develop your skills and confidence in Early Years education.
