Forecast:
Cloudy this afternoon with outbreaks of rain moving in from the south, this falling as sleet and snow over higher ground. RSTs will be erratic within the wintry precip, and will fall to
zero in accumulating snow with icy roads a threat. Precipitation will continue through the evening, with the sleet and snow turning to rain as milder air moves in and RSTs will
gradually recover. One or two lingering showers later in the night. Clearer skies into tomorrow morning, which may allow for a late sharp dip in RSTs back towards zero for the
highest roads; showers returning from the south will help these recover, even with a little snow once more for the high ground.
Uncertainty in both the snow amounts and the final late night dip in RSTs is what drives the low confidence
