Cloud and heavy rain clearing to the east this afternoon, leaving sunny spells and scattered showers behind. Clear spells this evening and overnight with scattered showers continuing, but turning drier towards dawn. Showers will be wintry at times over higher roads, with a little settling snow possible for the highest parts of the network. RSTs falling close to or just below zero in colder parts with the risk of ice and hoar frost, though confidence in exact RST minima is reduced. Largely dry with sunny spells tomorrow morning, but the chance of the odd further shower.
