Required From 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026 (Fixed term initially to 31st August 2026 due to pupil numbers but may be extended)

PCD5 £25,183 pro-rata, term time, 24 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

The Governors of St Oswald’s School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated teaching assistant to join the EYFS team at our successful school for a fixed term.

The successful candidates will be:

  • Self-motivated, positive, resourceful, reliable and creative;
  • Flexible and able to adjust to the needs of the children and the school;
  • Able to promote an inclusive whole school ethos
  • Able to organise, plan and lead activities with individuals, groups and the whole class
  • Committed to raising standards and achieving the best for the children in their care;
  • Able to work closely with experienced teachers to promote pupil progress.
