Senior Teaching Assistant – Fixed Term

Part Time 17.5 hours per week. Working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-12, Term Time plus two weeks
This is a Fixed Term Role to 31st August 2025 due to being dependent on funding.
Pay Scales:  STA PCD7A, Grade 7 Scale point 12 £27,711 pa pro-rata

St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is part of Our Lady of Furness Catholic Federation.  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and conscientious Senior Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil currently in one of our junior classes.

The successful candidate will:

•    Have previous experience or knowledge of 1:1 support 
•    Have a good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
•    Hold relevant qualifications.
