If you have moved, changed your name or if a bus pass owner has passed away, you can let us know.
Moved within the county of Cumbria
If you have moved within the county of Cumbria you can let us know by:
- telephone, choose option three, 03332 406 965
- Email, integrated.transport@cumbria.gov.uk
If you are e-mailing you'll need to provide proof of address, a scan or digital photo of:
- Council Tax bill
- utility bill dated within the last three months
- rent book or statement
- bank statement dated within the last three months
- DWP Letter
Moved out of the county of Cumbria
We will cancel your card.

Changed your name
You can continue to use your NoWcard until it expires then provide evidence of your new name when you renew your card.
If you want to change your name on the card before the next renewal date you can let us know by email or by post:

You'll need to provide proof of change of name:
- deed poll
- marriage certificate
NoWcard holder has passed away
Please return their NowCard by post, with a letter saying that they have passed away, to FREEPOST NOWCARD.
