How to apply for a Blue Badge for a life limiting illness, the cost and the documents you need to provide.
If you, or a person you are supporting, is suffering from a life limiting illness with a poor prognosis (unlikely to be longer than six months), you can apply.
What you need to provide
You’ll need to provide a copy of your SR1, which is a short report about your medical condition from a doctor, specialist or consultant.
How much it costs
It costs £10.
