Trees in parks and open spaces

We look after many trees in parks and public open spaces. Trees are deemed our property if they grow within the boundaries of any buildings we own, or in public open spaces that we manage. Anyone wilfully damaging trees risks prosecution.

If you see any issues such as fallen trees or overhanging branches on roads, highways, public footpaths or bridleways you can report a fault on the highway.
