"I'd be lost without it": the samba drumming group changing lives

Drum Nation, a community-led samba drumming collective now runs four bands in Kendal, Penrith, Ulverston and Cockermouth, which all perform around the county, nationally and internationally. Some members credit Drum Nation with improving their mental health or giving them the chance to make new lasting friendships.
