Westmorland and Furness Council will continue to provide key services over the Spring Bank Holiday but some of its offices will be closed on Monday 27 May 2024.
Latest works have been completed on a multi-million road safety scheme on an iconic Lakeland pass - meaning the route will be open for the Bank Holiday weekend and ready for the school summer holidays.
