How to apply or renew your Blue Badge, your responsibilities and how to replace a lost or stolen badge.

Get a replacement Blue Badge

If you have lost your Blue Badge or it has been stolen, you can apply for a replacement.

Don't apply for a lost or stolen Blue Badge, if your current Blue Badge expires within the next 12 months. You will need to apply for a new Blue Badge.

How much it costs

It costs £10 to replace your Blue Badge.

Apply online

You’ll need to provide photocopy proof of your:

  • address dated within the last 12 months - for example, a recent bill or council tax bill
  • identity - for example, driving licence or birth certificate

Only submit copies of the original document. Any documentation will not be returned to you.

Apply by post

Make sure all relevant sections are completed including the declaration.
