Apply for an alcohol, entertainment or late-night refreshment licence

Under the Licensing Act 2003 we must prepare, consult on and publish a statement of licensing policy every five years. It sets out the policies we’ll apply to promote the four licensing objectives when making decisions on applications. The policy aims to achieve a balance between the commercial interests of the licensed trade and the communities they serve and affect.
