The Governors of Beaconside CofE Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic leader to the position of Deputy Head teacher. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated leader with the ability to deliver excellent classroom teaching and lead with courage and compassion, to join our Beaconside family. As Deputy Head teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our school. You will work closely with the Head teacher and Executive Head teacher, to drive forward our vision of providing exceptional care and the highest standards of teaching and learning in line with our church school ethos.
We are looking for someone to work with our Head teacher and Leadership Team to;
• Articulate and implement the school's strategic vision and objectives.
• Lead and inspire our team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver and model excellent classroom practice to meet the needs of all children.
• Support the professional development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Play a key role in curriculum implementation, ensuring that teaching and learning are engaging, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of all learners.
• Lead by example in promoting our school values and ethos, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff alike.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including pupil welfare, behaviour management, and staff wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with families, governors, and external agencies to strengthen home-school partnerships and enhance the school community.
