UVHS is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant with a creative ability, excellent organisational and communication skills to join our exceptional administration team.

The administration team at UVHS comprises of both full and part time members of staff who have their own responsibilities and accountabilities.  This role will be based in the reprographics office and as well as the key responsibilities highlighted in the job description, the successful candidate will assist with any other administrative tasks, as required.

The successful candidate will provide support to the school in the following areas:

  • Provide creative and appealing visual displays within the school which meet aesthetic, budgetary and practical requirements.
  • Provide a high quality and comprehensive reprographics administration service to the school, including design, printing, copying, laminating, binding etc, in a timely, confidential, efficient, cost effective and accurate manner.
